Bootcamp-style Fitness

Monday: 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Interval training, strength and conditioning, core, cardio, circuit… Every class is different at Purcell Dojos! But the one thing you can be sure of is that by the end of the class, you will know you have worked out, and the sweat will be pouring out of you. Purcell Dojos offers this class to those who would like to increase their fitness, maintain it, or ensure they are at peak for an upcoming event.  With all the equipment supplied, all you need to do is turn up, bring a water bottle, runners and a towel!
